Meadow Park is Fairview’s most ambitious project to date, and by every measure, the most complete outdoor environment we have ever built. Spanning a multi-residence estate in Grimsby with direct views to Lake Ontario, this property was designed from the ground up as a private park.
Most landscape projects are measured in square feet. Meadow Park is measured in acres. Ninety irrigation zones keep over a hundred garden beds alive through every season. Massive evergreens frame sightlines to the lake. Flagstone walkways connect residence to residence, garden to garden, water feature to lookout point. Everything on this property was designed to feel cohesive, because at this scale, nothing less would work.
The stone vanishing edge pool disappears into the landscape beyond it. The croquet courses hold their lines through the seasons. The outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and seating area sit at the convergence of the basketball court and putting green, a recreational hub that feels as considered as everything surrounding it. Three custom fabricated gate entrances mark the boundaries of a property that, once you’re inside, feels like its own world.
Pools & Water FEatures
A signature stone vanishing edge pool anchors the estate’s primary residence, one of four water features across the property, each designed to contribute to the landscape rather than interrupt it. The slow-moving pond that divides the estate creates a natural boundary that becomes one of its most defining characteristics.
Garden Design
At this scale, horticulture becomes infrastructure. Over one hundred curated garden beds, planted, layered, and maintained through a ninety-zone irrigation system, ensure the landscape performs at every point on the property through every season of the year.
