Broadmore Court is a St. Catharines backyard built without compromise. A pool, multi-sport court, fireplace, bar, and a landscape designed to handle everything from quiet evenings to full-scale gatherings. Originally built by Fairview years ago, this property came back to us in 2025 for a new chapter. Some properties grow with their families. This is one of them.
The original build set the foundation – deck, fence, pool, water feature, fire pit, patio, poolside bar. What we added this year elevated it into something complete. A timber frame pergola with large format flagstone patio now anchors the outdoor living space. A multi-sport court and playground extended the property’s reach into every age group. Artificial turf pulled it all together visually. The new perimeter fence gave the entertaining zone the definition it always deserved.
There isn’t a time of year or a type of gathering this backyard isn’t ready for. Kids on the playground, adults on the pickleball court, dinner under the pergola, drinks by the fire. The pool on a Saturday afternoon. The basketball court on a Sunday morning. Broadmore Court wasn’t designed for one version of outdoor living, it was designed for all of them.
